Degree in Law from the Villanueva University Centre, attached to the Complutense University of Madrid (2009).

Master’s Degree in Sports Law. University of Lleida (2012).

Member of the Sports Law section of the Málaga Bar Association and of the Andalusian Sports Law Association.

Member no. 7190 of the Málaga Bar Association.

CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

He specialises in advising on sports law matters for all agents involved in the field of sport, whether they are sportsmen and sportswomen or agents of sportsmen and sportswomen such as sports clubs, leagues, federations, etc.

In addition, he also carries out his professional work in all matters related to advising clients on real estate transactions, mainly for non-residents.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Regular speaker at various conferences and seminars on legal and sporting matters organised by the University of Málaga and the Málaga Bar Association.

Contributor to the radio programme ‘La Magia del Deporte’, on Radio4G Málaga, in which the legal aspects of sport are analysed on a weekly basis: clubs’ training rights, sports sponsorship, signing of minors, distribution of television rights, etc.

He has published numerous articles on legal and sporting matters in the local and national general and financial press.
