CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialised in providing legal advice to clients on criminal matters, taking on the legal management of criminal proceedings involving natural and corporate persons, designing procedural strategies for both prosecution and defence.

Experience in the implementation of Criminal Risk Prevention or Criminal Compliance Systems and in the implementation of Anti-Fraud Plans, in application of the provisions of Order HFP/1030/2021, of 29 September, which configures the management system of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

Experience in the implementation and deployment of Internal Information Systems, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
