CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in Corporate Law, having held positions as secretary of the boards of directors of listed and unlisted companies.

Specialisation in the planning and execution, from both a tax and commercial perspective, of corporate restructuring transactions, legal support and restructuring of companies in crisis, business acquisitions, shareholder conflict resolution, and general advice to family businesses.

Lecturer on the subject “Sociedades cotizadas y régimen de OPA y OPV”. l Master’s Degree in Business Legal Advice from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol (Seville).
