CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Specialised in Labour and Social Security Law, he has focused his speciality mainly on labour law advice for companies and managers, offering a wide range of services (continuous labour law advice, individual and collective conflicts at all levels, assistance in Labour and Social Security Inspections, collective bargaining, restructuring processes outside of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, suspension of employment contracts, modification of working conditions, etc., labour situation reviews or due diligence, protection against derivation of labour and social security liabilities, contractual regime of senior managers and directors, protection against risks of “labourisation” of self-employed workers, supplementary social security, labour law reports and opinions, etc.

He has extensive sectorial knowledge, acquired through his work for companies with solid positions in multiple economic sectors (public, real estate, tourism and services, technology, finance, agriculture, automotive, chemicals, etc.).
