CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She specializes in civil and criminal liability in the field of insurance, as well as special matters of trade and family law.

Her main tasks include the out-of-court and in-court processing of claims arising from traffic accidents , the out-of-court and in-court processing of damages caused to properties insured by the company, filing lawsuits , attending preliminary hearings, trials and other legal proceedings, locating and monitoring legal proceedings until the procedure is completed, as well as in the various competent bodies. She is also responsible for drafting complaints , attending misdemeanour trials and other legal proceedings, defending clients’ interests in court, drafting feasibility reports, providing timely information on the tasks performed for the company, providing legal and personal advice to clients and studying case law, among other matters.
