Law Degree. University of Cádiz (class of 1988-1993).

Examinee for the Corps of Property Registrars.

Member no. 8431 of the Seville Bar Association.

CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She is a member of the Spanish Union of Criminal Lawyers (UEAP), which allows her to participate in its activities to promote specialisation in the criminal discipline and to be in permanent contact with legal professionals who work throughout Spain, being able to access publications, courses and conferences that involve a complete criminal law update, and even participate in the process of legal reforms.

She is specialised in legal advice, prosecution and defence in property and corporate crimes, crimes against the Public Administration and against the Public Treasury, against the environment, money laundering, with extensive experience in the defence of public officials in crimes of prevarication, embezzlement, usurpation of functions, illegal levies, as well as crimes committed by the corporate person.

She has intervened before single-member bodies of the Criminal Jurisdiction, Provincial Courts, High Courts of Justice, the National High Court and the Supreme Court.

She has considerable experience in cassation appeals.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

She has been a lecturer in various legal disciplines (Constitutional Law, Procedural Law, Public Law) at the University School of Labour Relations attached to the University of Cádiz, and Associate Lecturer at the Pablo de Olavide University, also teaching on the University Master’s Degree in Law. She has also been a speaker at various conferences and seminars related to Criminal Law, as one of the Firm’s objectives is to keep its clients informed about the current legal framework, advising them, in this case, on the aspects of prevention and criminal consequences of the measures that, in any field (administrative, commercial, tax, etc.), they intend to adopt.

In line with this dissemination work, she has published articles in the legal media (Expansión Jurídico newspaper, El Derecho magazine).
