Degree in Law. University of Malaga (1979).

She was a Substitute Public Prosecutor from 1980, practising mainly in District Courts Nos. 4, 5 and 6 of Malaga and Pre-trial Investigation Courts Nos. 2 and 4 of Malaga.

Member no. 587 of the Malaga Bar Association.

CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She works mainly as a specialist in Procedural Law, specialising in family and inheritance law, advising professional associations, banking law, contracts, real estate law, legal management and advice on all types of civil and commercial proceedings (claims for payment, evictions, civil liability, construction defects, executions, third parties, family, filiation, incapacity, inheritance, liquidation of estates, etc.) for clients such as financial institutions, real estate companies, property developers, builders, the construction sector, the distribution sector, professional associations, communities of owners, property and family companies, and private clients.

She has been a member of numerous arbitration tribunals, both in law and in equity, since 1991 to date, appointed either by the parties, by judicial appointment or by the arbitration tribunal to which the parties have submitted themselves.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Member of the Legal Opinions Committee of the Malaga Bar Association from 1994 to 2006.

Tutor at the School of Legal Practice of the Malaga Bar Association for three years.

Member of the drafting committee of the Code of Conduct for the practice of mediation in Andalusia, sponsored by the Mediara Foundation, dependent on the Andalusian Regional Government.

Member of numerous committees of the Malaga Bar Association, as well as participant in arbitrations, lectures, colloquiums and congresses of the legal profession.
