CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in judicial proceedings on various civil and commercial matters.

In civil matters, he has assumed legal representation in proceedings involving real estate, land registry, inheritance law, settlement of joint property, division of common property, contractual and extracontractual liability, as well as matters related to persons with disabilities and related to agricultural law.

In commercial matters, he has participated in proceedings relating to competition law and in bankruptcy proceedings involving individuals and legal entities, representing both the bankrupt party and the creditors, also acting as an insolvency practitioner.

Registered on the list of insolvency practitioners of the ICA Córdoba.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Giving classes at the Córdoba branch of the CAMPUS TRAINING entrance examinations academy (2021-2022).

Occasional lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Law and Attorney’s Office, organized by the University of Seville, where he teaches subjects related to bankruptcy law.
