CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Lawyer specializing in advising on labour relations and social security matters: termination of employment contracts and penalties; substantial modification of working conditions; geographical mobility, senior management, productive decentralization, business succession, collective termination of employment contracts and ERTE procedures, procedures regarding liability for damages arising from work-related accidents, auditing and due diligence reports.

He also has extensive experience representing and defending companies and employees before administrative conciliation bodies prior to judicial proceedings (CMAC, SERCLA) and before social and contentious-administrative jurisdictional bodies.

Additionally, he specializes in the expatriation of Spanish company employees abroad, as well as in the recruitment of foreign executives in Spain, obtaining the pertinent visa or work permit in our country.

As a member of the Entertainment and Sports Department, he provides labour advice to companies whose corporate purpose is the promotion and development of musical and audiovisual productions. He also specializes in special employment relationships for artists.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE 

Speaker at various conferences and seminars related to labour law organized by different organizations such as the Confederación de Empresarios de Andalucía – CEA and the Instituto Andaluz del Flamenco, an institution with which he has collaborated since 2024, teaching the ” labour law aspects ” module in the flamenco cultural management course, directed and co-financed by the Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
