CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Legal advisor to the University of Huelva since November 1993, to which she continues to provide professional services.

Throughout her 25 years of legal practice, she has assumed the legal management of both the defence and prosecution of citizens and professionals in all areas; of public entities, regional administrations, local entities, agencies, universities, public companies, etc. and their personnel, authorities, civil servants or other types of public employees; of private entities – companies of different types – as well as their directors, managers, administrators, employees, etc.

Her professional activity has mainly focused on the legal management of criminal proceedings for:

• Crimes committed against the Public Administration, such as embezzlement, misappropriation, bribery, drug trafficking, negotiations and activities barred from civil servants, fraud and illegal levies,
• Offences against property and against the socio-economic order such as theft, fraud, misappropriation, punishable insolvency, damage, offences relating to intellectual and industrial property, corporate offences, unfair administration, receiving and money laundering, offences relating to the market and
• Offences against the Public Treasury and Social
• Offences against workers’

• Offences relating to town and country planning and development.
