Experience in providing ongoing legal advice to companies and business groups on commercial law matters, including corporate governance, secretarial services for governing bodies, structural changes and the formalisation of corporate agreements before notaries and at Commercial Registries.

Involvement in corporate transactions and in the drafting, negotiation and review of commercial contracts and corporate documentation, as well as in the legal analysis and structuring of business transactions and corporate reorganisation processes.
