CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A lawyer specializing in criminal and economic criminal law, she has a solid track record in the legal direction of criminal proceedings before all jurisdictional bodies. Her experience ranges from minor offences to summary proceedings, summary trials, and jury trials, where she has successfully represented both the defence and the prosecution.
She has specific training in juvenile jurisdiction, enabling her to intervene sensitively and effectively in proceedings requiring a differentiated technical and human approach. She is also noted for her specialization in Penitentiary Law, where she provides advice, managing requests for third-degree classification, prison permits, appeals, and pre-imprisonment proceedings, as well as any incidents during the serving of a sentence.
