CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ongoing advice to clients in the public and private sectors on civil law matters, both in pre-trial and contentious proceedings, as well as drafting and preparing legal claims, responses to lawsuits, and providing legal assistance in all types of legal proceedings before courts and tribunals.

Advice on the negotiation and drafting of civil contracts.

Extensive experience in resolving legal queries, preparing reports and participating in due diligence processes.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
