CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

She provides legal advice to national and international companies on contractual matters, acquisition of companies and business branches, corporate restructuring, and advice on the purchase and sale of energy projects, as well as on the construction, connection, operation, and maintenance of energy production facilities. She also prepares all types of commercial contracts: agency, distribution, franchising, supply, construction, etc.

Collaboration in the realization of due diligence in corporate, contracting, employment, and data protection matters, with identification of risks and contingencies based on the information and documentation provided by the requesting company, issuing the relevant report.
