Specialised in insolvency, banking and procedural law, advising all types of companies. Extensive experience in financing operations, refinancing and restructuring of bank debt.

Commercial contracts, company and asset acquisitions, corporate restructuring, legal due diligence, corporate and project finance, financing and investment structures, insolvency, bankruptcy proceedings, shareholders’ agreements, criminal compliance, corporate governance.

Lectures on insolvency law given by the Seville Bar Association.  Collaborations at the Instituto de Empresa.
