CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in providing legal advice in a variety of civil, commercial, and bankruptcy matters. Specifically, he has experience in providing legal advice to businesses, developing and preparing reports and opinions, pursuing legal actions, monitoring insolvency proceedings, and filing bankruptcy petitions. He has also served as a legal representative in courts and tribunals in the areas of commercial and civil law.

Specializing in negotiation processes and drafting commercial contracts, developing and managing corporate and foundation files, his duties centre on providing legal advice to companies and foundations in various sectors of the Málaga economy, including the entertainment, education, and hospitality industries, and the formation of companies with foreign capital. He also participates in the monitoring of bankruptcy proceedings and defending creditors’ interests.
