CURRENT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Experience in judicial and extrajudicial proceedings in civil and commercial matters. He has participated in and acted as legal counsel in civil proceedings involving leasehold and possession, contractual and extracontractual liability, as well as foreclosures and monetary foreclosures. In commercial proceedings, he has experience in matters related to the exercise of corporate liability actions or the challenge of corporate resolutions.

He regularly advises on the negotiation and drafting of civil and commercial contracts, as well as on the resolution of contractual disputes.
