Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised the Lama business group on the sale of Lama Sistemas de Filtrado, S.L.U. and Fernando Lama, S.L.U. to the Canadian company H2O Innovation. With this transaction, Lama, founded more than 70 years ago and specializing in the manufacture and design of water filtration systems for agriculture and industry, joins a group with a strong international presence that is a leader in sustainable water treatment solutions.
