Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia advises Solar Ambition CF2 in the bond issue for the acquisition and development of nine energy projects

Madrid, May 6, 2025.- Montero-Aramburu & GVA has assisted SOLAR AMBITION CF2, S.A. Unipersonal, a company of GREEN ENESYS GROUP GmbH, a Swiss group that is an European developer of renewable projects, in the bond issue subject to Spanish and French laws for the acquisition and development of 7 PV projects y 2 storage projects located in Spain and Italy, developed by VIRIDI Group and Green Enesys Group, amounting approximately to 230 MW through a placing for companies made in Spain and France.

The team has been led by José Blanco, a capital markets partner and Rocío Valdecantos and Alonso Fernández de Santaella, members of the corporate practice, with the support of Miguel Cuesta and Rebeca Cuesta, a partner and director of the corporate practice.
