Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia advises Greening on a €34.5 million financing transaction with Qualitas Energy to boost renewable projects in Spain 

Madrid, Apr 25, 2025.- Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has advised Greening Group Global, S.A., a Spanish multinational company operating in the renewable energy sector, in the framework of an important financing agreement with the global investment and management platform Qualitas Energy, aimed at promoting the development and operation of a portfolio of renewable energy projects with a total capacity of 90.17 MWp in Spain.

This agreement, which amounts to 34.47 million euros, represents a boost aimed at guaranteeing the efficient execution of Greening projects in Spain. Articulated through GIDE, Greening Investments Desarrollos España, S.L.U, (HoldCo) as the financed company, the capital drawdowns will be made in tranches over three years, linked to the fulfillment of construction milestones (EPC) certified by a technical agent in each of the projects.
