Ecological Transition hires one of Andalusia’s leading law firms as advisor for investment

Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares Atencia has been selected by the Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE) to advise on due diligence procedures related to the evaluation of investment opportunities in the context of the energy transition.

The IDAE, which plays a key role in the implementation of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), has entrusted us with its expertise to support the assessment and mitigation of risks associated with innovative projects in strategic sectors such as electric mobility, renewable energies and renewable hydrogen.
