Our colleague Ángeles Pérez Vega has contributed to an article published in the prestigious Spanish magazine LA LEY, as part of the Dialogues for the future of the justice system CVI series, entitled: “Oral hearings following the reform of the Efficiency Act”.

This collective work analyses the changes introduced by Organic Law 1/2025, which transforms oral hearings through measures such as the new written phase, judicial discretion in holding hearings, and the promotion of procedural efficiency.
