ACADEMIC KNOWLEDGE
It is true that an excellent academic record makes it easier to join MONTERO ARAMBURU & GÓMEZ-VILLARES ATENCIA, but it is neither a necessity nor a sole condition. More decisive than this would be an in-depth knowledge of the different legal specialties obtained through postgraduate studies (Master’s degree, competitive examinations, internships in other firms, etc.).
ADEQUATE COMMUNICATION
Theoretical knowledge is of little use if it cannot be presented in a clear, orderly and precise manner, both verbally and in writing.
ATTITUDES AND SKILLS

LENGUAGES

TRAINING
MONTERO ARAMBURU & GÓMEZ-VILLARES ATENCIA offers its members continuous training, both on and off-site. The most experienced professionals supervise the training. At least once a week, in-house courses are given in the different specialties and, at least once a month, in-depth seminars are held on matters of interest, new legislation, doctrinal pronouncements, etc. Furthermore, MONTERO ARAMBURU & GÓMEZ-VILLARES ATENCIA’S professionals regularly attend external courses, seminars and conferences when they are deemed to be of high quality.
