SUSTAINABILITY AND ENVIRONMENT
We advise our clients on obtaining the necessary environmental authorisations, such as integrated environmental authorisation (IEA), environmental impact assessments (EIA) and other related permits, for all types of plans, programmes and projects, with special emphasis on the use of singular properties (mountains, mines and coasts, among others). We are specialists in areas such as circular economy (production, transport, management and recycling of all types of waste), atmospheric emissions, pollution (noise, light and soil), integral water cycle and discharges, especially hydrographic confederations and contamination of watercourses and groundwater; as well as environmental assessments. We also advise on climate change, as well as on the application of sustainability criteria (ESG) for understanding and complying with the new regulatory framework that is being developed by the European Union and is maturing rapidly (such as sustainability reporting, taxonomy and the integration of due diligence, among others).
